Bret attended Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. His psychology studies emphasized childhood development.
In 1990, Bret graduated from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. After graduating from law school, he began his career as a general practitioner in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. In 1998, Bret moved to Portland, Oregon and in 2003, started his own practice. Bret’s practice is focused on family law and estate planning matters. He handles cases in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties, and the State of Oregon at large.
